Overview This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Bridge/Sign Shop, within the Agency of Transportation (VTrans) located in Mendon. The Transportation Operations Technician is responsible for routine maintenance and repair work, including assisting with bridge/sign maintenance, and stenciling. Duties require the use of a variety of tools and vehicles. These are seasonal positions that will work approximately 40 hours per week. Who May Apply: This position, Transportation Operations Technician I (Job Req #54753) , is open to all State employees and external applicants. This is a temporary position. Temporary work is typically for variable hours and is not expected to be full-time. The State does not guarantee 40 hours of work per week.
