Associate Director, People & Culture Operations Denmark

Job description

We are seeking an Associate Director, P&C Operations to lead our Denmark P&C Operations team and elevate how we deliver HR services at scale. In this role you will shape and scale a modern P&C operations engine with visible impact across the site and partner with senior leaders on high-priority initiatives. You are an operationally involved leader who trives in a role where leadership and execution go hand in hand. You’ll combine operational excellence with hands-on leadership—driving daily service delivery, enabling compliance, and powering data-driven decisions for leaders across the site. In this role you will lead a Denmark based team of 2 P&C Operations professionals, 1 Operations business support and 1 - 2 student assistants. You will be part of a 20+ strong, high-energy P&C organization in Denmark, spanning Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, People & Leadership Development, and Communications. Y ou will partner closely with Global P&C C enter of excellence , Site Leadership Team members & P&C Business Partners.
