Company: Providence at Home with Compassus Must be a CA resident: Requires travel within CA: Position Summary: The Home Health Director of Quality Outcomes is responsible for modeling the Compassus values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Innovation and for promoting the Compassus philosophy, using the 6 Pillars of Success as the foundation. S/he is responsible for upholding the Code of Ethical Conduct and for promoting positive working relationships within the company, among all departments, and all external stakeholders. The Home Health Director of Quality Outcomes assesses the quality of care provided to home health patients, families, and staff. S/he audits documentation, compiles and reviews clinical performance data for quality and regulatory compliance, participates in activities to support survey readiness, provides education to support clinical development and positive outcomes, and works closely with Program leadership.
