KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. FACILITY & WORKPLACE MANAGEMENT: - Coordinate and oversee daily facility operations across warehouse and office areas. - Ensure the site is maintained to a high standard in terms of cleanliness, safety, and functionality - Act as the first point of contact for all facility-related matters - Monitor and report maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolution 2. VENDOR & CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT: Coordinate external service providers including: - Cleaning services - Security services - Waste management - Maintenance contractors - Ensure contractors comply with site rules, safety requirements, and company policies - Monitor service quality and escalate issues where required 3. HEALTH, SAFETY & COMPLIANCE (ARBO): - Support compliance with Dutch Working Conditions Act (Arbeidsomstandighedenwet – Arbowet) - Ensure workplace safety standards are maintained in both warehouse and office environments - Assist with site inspections, audits, and corrective actions - Maintain clear walkways, safe access, and appropriate signage - Support emergency procedures (e.g., evacuation coordination, visitor logs) 4.
