Preferred Qualifications: - Solution Architecture & Technical Strategy: 8+ years of experience with a "platform-first" architectural mindset. Proven ability to design high-performance, scalable solutions that balance native Salesforce configuration (Flows) with custom development (Apex/LWC) to minimize technical debt and maximize maintainability. - Consultative Business Partnership: Acts as a strategic partner to internal business units (e.g., Customer Care, Sales). Proven ability to "think on behalf of the stakeholder," translating vague business problems into high-value technical roadmaps. Must be comfortable leading discovery sessions and challenging requirements when they don't align with platform best practices or business ROI. - Multi-Cloud & Functional Expertise: Experience implementing and extending Service Cloud (Omni-channel, Case Management), Sales Cloud, and Salesforce Voice / CTI. - Frontend Development: Experience building reactive, accessible, and performant user interfaces that adhere to the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) using JS and LWCs. - Backend Development: Experience with Apex and enterprise-level backend patterns, including advanced Trigger framew...
