Job description

Responsibilities included, but are not limited to the following: - Must have a positive attitude and be able to work safely - Dry Batch concrete via computer batch plant control systems - Willing to back up Plant Operator position as needed. - Safely perform all the duties and actively participate in safety programs - Maintain raw material inventories - Able to operate loader, skid steer, telehandler, manlift in a safe and efficient manner - Ability to manage, train, and coach a team of 10 batch plant operators throughout the Willamette Division Benefits: - Previous ready mix batch plant experience required. - Must have good organizational, communication, and writing skills - Basic computer and math skills and willingness to embrace new technology - Must be able to multitask and maintain efficient workflow in area of responsibility - Must be able to handle challenging and difficult situations - Basic knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems is a plus - Must be reliable and dependable and work well with other team members - Must be able to understand and implement KPI’s with strong focus on efficiency and utilization.
