Responsible for the administration and daily operations of the Commercial Banking Applications including the nCino platform. Perform system updates, research, develop, test, coordinate and implement new feature rollouts. Identifying new opportunities within the applications to meet Credit Union growth and strategic goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business (or related field) required. 1-year nCino or Salesforce administration and/or commercial banking experience preferred Salesforce Administrator Certification or commitment to get certification within 1 year of employment. nCino Administrator Certification or commitment to get certification within 3 years of employment. Experience with DataLoader, GitHub, AutoRABIT, Jira, Confluence, or related tools preferred. Experience in an Agile development environment and in implementing and improving Agile/Scrum practices preferred.
