Responsible for the supervision of assigned training staff. Contributes to administration of performance management system for staff. Conducts ongoing inspections to maintain, security, sanitation, and good order of the institution. Interacts with management, staff, visitors, inmates, and the public to maintain orderly and secure operations. Minimum Qualifications: DCJS Certification. Considerable experience in corrections or law enforcement. Experience supervising corrections staff. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
