VOA integrates compassion with highly effective programs that build and strengthen communities. **The Veteran Resource Coordinator at the Bill Daniels Veteran Services Center is directly responsible for staffing the front desk and assisting Veterans coming into the facility with connections to the SSVF program. Service modalities include Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing and Crisis De-escalation.
