Job description

Location: Washington DC Salary: $130-150K: Start date: Contingent on contract award- June 2026 You will lead retrofit and ground-up construction projects from planning through closeout. You will own schedule, cost, and execution. You will manage MEP scope with precision. You will work independently and partner with owners, designers, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders. Key responsibilities: - Lead multiple retrofits and or ground-up construction projects - Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout - Develop and maintain advanced project schedules - Control scope, cost, and change management - Lead MEP coordination and issue resolution - Review, track, and approve submittals and RFIs - Implement clear project processes and documentation standards - Track budgets, forecasts, and cost reports - Manage subcontractor performance and compliance - Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning - Ensure job site compliance with federal requirements - Communicate clearly with owners and team members - Solve problems quickly with minimal oversight Minimum qualifications: - 8 or more years of construction project management experience - Proven experience with re...
