THE ROLE: As Head of Business Transformation, you own Artefact's transformation across all functions. You lead a portfolio of Tech & AI powered transformation initiatives spanning Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, and Data — with one north star: provide a better experience to all Artefactors by making our operations faster, more efficient, and ready for our next stage growth.
