Job Title People Partner NL Job Description: As People Partner NL you are responsible for delivering professional guidance and expert advice to People Leader Partners, People Leaders, Employees and Philips People Services on HR related topics, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies. Having the license to operate from a country NL perspective, in the role you will focus on delivering consistent and high-quality HR service and you act as a key driver of employee and labor relations strategies, contributing to organizational stability and positive employee experience. Your role: - Oversee and manage cases of absence and sick leave, collaborating with People Leaders to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
