The UX Writer will report to the Director, Design in the Product Management Department. This role is responsible for translating often complex product information and workflows into engaging and intuitive user experiences. This involves creating clear and concise content for our digital platforms and communications related to our customer’s experience. This position will work closely with our product teams, Business Analysts, UX Designers/Writers and developers to solution for the best possible experience.
