What you’ll need to succeed as a Linehaul Coordinator at XPO Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience - 1 year of related experience in supply chain, logistics, or similar industry - Working knowledge of freight movement systems, methodologies and procedures - Familiar with DOT and Hazmat rules and regulations Preferred qualifications: - Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and nights - Knowledge of the less-than-truckload industry - Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and delegate workloads while coaching, developing and leading employees to be their best - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to motivate and influence team members - Solid analytical and organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask About the Linehaul Coordinator job: Pay, benefits and more: - Competitive compensation package - Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00PM-3:00AM - Full health insurance benefits are available on day one - Life and disability insurance - Earn up to 15 days of PTO over your first year - 9 paid company holidays - 401(k) option with company match - Education assistance - Opportunity to pa...
