Job description

The Director of Facilities provides strategic and operational leadership for all physical plant, environmental, and information technology support service functions within Charter House, Mayo Clinic’s Retirement Living. This role ensures the safe, compliant, efficient, and resident-focused operation of building systems and services, while aligning facilities strategy with organizational goals. The Director of Facilities serves as a key member of the organizational leadership team and regularly presents to the Charter House Board Finance Committee on operational performance and capital planning Facilities Operations & Services: - Oversee Environmental Services (EVS), maintenance and operations, IT infrastructure support, and campus security functions. - Ensure reliable operation, maintenance, and optimization of all building infrastructure systems and equipment - Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Includes leading/co-leading the Charter House safety committee and coordinating annual safety audits.
