Job Location WARSAW - EU SUPPLY NETWORK HUB: Job Description: Procter & Gamble (P&G) is one of the world’s largest advertisers, owning globally iconic brands such as Gillette, Pampers, Oral-B and Old Spice. We are currently looking for Customs Expert – Classification & Origin Analyst . Roles and Responsibilities: Correctly apply customs classification of P&G products using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) based on official rules and customs guidelines, with clear reasons for each classification. Keep HTS classification data updated in P&G’s databases. Prepare and submit requests for Customs rulings (BTI). Work closely with Material Owners and R&D to understand product details for accurate HTS coding. Coordinate with external customs service providers on classification matters. Have basic knowledge of origin rules to answer related questions. Help with audits of customs declarations and payments. Stay informed on changes in customs rules and share important updates. Serve as a contact point for customs-related issues in the business. Assist in projects aimed at simplifying and digitizing customs processes.
