Position Summary: As an Assembler you will be responsible for performing assembly work utilizing lean principles (one-piece flow) to produce FDA regulated devices in a controlled collaborative work environment. Shift: Monday-Thursday 4:30pm - 2:00am and Friday 11:00am-3:00pm What you will do as an Assembler - Aptitude and ability to read and interpret basic Engineer blueprints and utilize Assembly Instructions (“Standard Work”) to assembly medical device products. Typically joining mechanical and hydraulic components to include some basic electrical wiring. - Ability to manage, evaluate, and assemble components or sub-assemblies accurately and efficiently using small hand tools (tape measure, wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, level, torque wrenches, etc.) to align or position components. - Ability to work safely in a demanding environment performing task while standing and/or walking for extended periods (70%-100% of the day). - Inspects and performs finished product testing to ensure product meets establish Engineerin...
