Scheduled Weekly Hours: 28 Hospice Home Health Aide (CNA) Location: La Crosse, WI: FTE: 0.7 (28 hours per week) Shift: 8-hour shifts: Weekend/Holiday: On-call every 4th weekend and 1 holiday/year Make a Difference in Hospice Care Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Home Health Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate Hospice team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to patients and families during end-of-life transitions, ensuring comfort and dignity every step of the way. Hospice services are available within a 50-mile radius of La Crosse, WI, and you’ll work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team that includes nurses, social workers, chaplains, bereavement coordinators, and fellow hospice aides.
