Position Title: Senior IT Support Specialist (Dublin) Entity: Kroll Bond Rating Agency Europe Limited Employment Type: Full-time: Summary/Overview: KBRA is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to join its growing technology team. This role will be in our Dublin, Ireland office. Occasional travel to current and future EU/UK-based locations may be required. This is a hybrid role which will require 3 core days in the office (Tuesdays through Thursdays) with the other 2 days as a remote work option. Upon emergencies, expectations to report to the office in-person may be required on non-core days. Rare weekend work may be required. About the Job: You will be our senior on-site support technician responsible for the day-to-day support for our Dublin & London offices (50+ employees in each location and growing). You will assist with onboarding/offboarding employees, video conference setups, and troubleshooting system/network/infrastructure issues when needed. You will act as first level support for KBRA EU/UK, whether our users are remote or on-site. A focus on remote support for our US-based employees is required (500+ employees).
