Job Description: The Role Join us as a Senior Manager in the Fidelity Institutional (FI) organization. Specifically, you will be working in the Intermediary Investments Client Group which is dedicated to raising assets across our tremendous line up of Fidelity’s investment capabilities. Your team will be accountable for driving sales results through financial intermediaries such as financial advisors and registered investment advisors. As a Senior Manager leading our Regional Investment Consultants (RICs) on the Intermediary Investments Sales Desk you have the responsibility for leading a team of experienced phone sales professionals. Under your leadership, your RICs will lead a sales territory in partnership with an external wholesaler. The RICs will have primary responsibility for the sales desk client segment and secondary responsibility for the external wholesaler field segment clients.
