Job description

- PROGRAM/DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist with safety and cleanliness of program sites - Maintain professionalism at all times with families/youth and mindfulness of boundaries - Contribute to a positive work environment by illustrating pride in job, enthusiasm and cooperation with co-workers. - Demonstrate the ability to prioritize needs - Submit a quarterly maintenance report and document any safety/health concerns to supervisor - Assist with efforts for efficient and cost-effective methods of housekeeping, energy conservation and maintenance - Respond to maintenance needs via an electronic ticketing system - Schedule appointments with various vendors on an as needed basis - Respond to emergency situations in support/collaboration program management - Flexible hours and on-call - Participate in meetings and trainings as needed Responsibilities specific to Family Services sites: - Maintain the safety, security and cleanliness of all buildings and grounds - Collaborate with team regarding resident moves for room readiness vacancies - Accepts and distributes food/clothing donations throughout program and community - Maintains vans and appliances - Daily check of maintenance log...
