POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, provides basic patient care to a group of assigned patients. Performs patient care responsibilities considering needs specific to the standard of care for the patent's age. Demonstrates investment in the overall forward movement of the unit and the organization. Applies good interpersonal and communication process utilizing verbal and non-verbal skills to achieve organizational service goals of customer satisfaction and a positive work environment.
