Job description

We are looking for a talented Health, Safety and Environmental Technician to join our team specializing in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) support for our Distribution Business in De Pere, WI. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Provide technical support on health, safety, and environmental matters to production and site personnel under the guidance of the site HSE leader. - Support the analysis, review, implementation, and sustainability of Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems. - Identify gaps within corporate HSE initiatives and local HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and support corrective actions. - Assist with hazard identification, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and risk assessment processes, including closure of corrective and preventive actions. - Act as an HSE resource for the site, providing guidance on internal reporting processes and creating HSE awareness through effective communication. - Participate in and support HSE inspections, audits, emergency response processes, and environmental management activities. - Gather and analyze HSE-related data to identify trends and support contin...
