Compensation Range $83,000.00 - $106,080.00 Annual Salary Job Description Summary: Leads the planning, coordination, and delivery of proposals, client interviews, and marketing collateral with full accountability for compliance, quality, and strategic positioning. Directs pursuit teams, manages critical deadlines, and makes decisions that shape pursuit strategies, messaging, and client engagement. Job Description: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Proposal Management and Development: - Own and lead the full proposal process—from strategy development through final delivery—for large, complex pursuits. - Direct pursuit meetings and manage decision points that shape messaging and strategy. - Author and edit executive summaries, cover letters, service narratives, resumes, and case studies. - Decide on design and content integration in collaboration with graphic designers. - Manage final production and enforce strict adherence to brand, style, and compliance standards.
