Based in-person in Denver and reporting to the Managing Director of Legal, this role sits within a seven-member Denver legal team and partners closely with the General Counsel, finance, treasury, HR, investor relations, and the CEO Office. The successful candidate will advise on U.S. and Bermuda governance, SEC reporting and Exchange Act matters, executive compensation, proxy statement preparation, litigation and disputes, compliance, treasury support, commercial contracting, and strategic corporate transactions including M&A.
