Description Role Purpose: The Director of Operations provides enterprise-level operational leadership for Sal’s Pizza, ensuring consistent execution, financial discipline, and scalable systems across all company-owned locations. This role sets operational strategy, standards, and priorities while holding General Managers accountable for results. Requirements: Key Responsibilities: 1.
