Job Summary/Objective: The Vice President - Texas will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the clinics, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization. In addition, they will be actively involved with acquisitions in Texas working closely with the Elevate development team. Essential Job Functions: - Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operational projects and systems. - Collaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization’s goals and objectives. - Engages with the Elevate development team to research, acquire and develop additional add-ons in the Texas market - Evaluates performance of the organization in meeting objectives and determines where costs can be reduced, what can be improved and what should be changed. - Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organization’s operations division. - Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes an...
