As a Real Estate & Facilities Manager , you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day workplace experience for our Helsinki office, ensuring a safe, engaging, and efficient environment while supporting global workplace initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead day‑to‑day facility operations for the Helsinki office, analyze and supervise the maintenance and purchase of office supplies and equipment. - Act as the main-contact for landlord, building management, and vendors, running office daily operations, security, maintenance, and services. - Partner with local leadership, People@Nasdaq, CIT and other teams for any related projects and initiatives for the Site. - Coordinate employee engagement activities and site events in partnership with local leadership to strengthen culture and connection. - Own occupational health and safety in line with Finnish legal requirements and Nasdaq policies.
