Job Description – Operations Analyst - Supplier Management TransPerfect is looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team to support our corporate operations team! Position Summary: This position will assist with vendor management, corporate purchasing and reconciliation of credit cards, and manage facilities related projects. The successful candidate should be well-organized and be able to maintain multiple ongoing requests and projects. Have an interest in improving workflows and leveraging technology to solve problems. Main Responsibilities: - Manage IT receipts and monthly credit card reconciliation - Fulfill purchase requests from internal requestors - Establish and maintain relationships and communications with vendors across multiple different disciplines. - Work with internal clients to see project goals are met in a timely manner. - Audit, Negotiate, and manage our service accounts such as postage machines, water coolers, and printers/copiers. - Handle the day to day management of the corporate cell phone program - Facilitate the completion of facilities related projects for local offices. ie.
