Job description

The Department of Experiential Engineering Education (ExEEd) within the Henry M. Rowan College of Engineering (HMRCoE) invites applications for postdoctoral research fellows appointed for up to a two-year fellowship. Essential Responsibilities: - Scholarship - Engage with faculty and their graduate students in ongoing research, resulting in intellectual contributions to the broader engineering education research community - Under the advisement of faculty mentors, mentor Ph.D., masters, or undergraduate students - Teaching - Engage in high-quality, evidence-based instruction in introductory undergraduate engineering courses (e.g., First-year and Sophomore Engineering Clinics) - Develop innovative interdisciplinary projects, pedagogies, and curriculum - Wellbeing - Contribute to a collaborative, interdisciplinary research community Required Qualifications: - A Ph.D. in an Engineering discipline, Engineering Education, STEM, or STEM Education or an equivalent field.
