Required Qualifications: - Coursework/Training - Completion of an accredited LPN program. - Coursework/Training - Must complete required in-service annually as determined by institution/department. - Alaska Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire. - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. - MDS may be required if cross-trained in to ECF upon hire.
