Job Title Production Engineering & Maintenance Manager Job Description: Your responsibilities: - Lead production engineering and maintenance teams within the OHC value stream to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations by driving equipment availability, process stability, and continuous improvement. - Define and execute maintenance strategy (preventive/predictive) to ensure high equipment reliability - Oversee uptime maximization & machine availability through structured problem solving and root cause analysis - Work closely with the production manager to proactively drive escalations in manufacturing to secure supply towards our customers - Drives Capex optimization for recurring manufacturing investments to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the operational teams within the OHC value stream to achieve operational goals and deliver reliable, high-quality results. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards - Develop team capability through coaching, skill development, and performance management - Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver value stream targets - Drive productivit...
