JOB OVERVIEW: We’re looking for a commercially-driven Head of Growth to own and scale Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for Companion, an award-winning influencer marketing platform. This is a full-funnel role with a single objective: build predictable, compounding MRR. You will be responsible for generating pipeline, closing revenue, and driving net revenue retention through Sales and Client Success. This is a hands-on role, with an expectation to prove a repeatable commercial model, then scale it through team growth. You’ll work closely with Marketing and Product to refine how we acquire, convert, and grow customers. Companion recently won Best Influencer Platform at the Global Influencer Marketing Awards. WHAT DOES GREAT LOOK LIKE?: 1. Closing Revenue (Primary Focus) Personally lead and close high-value deals with senior stakeholders (CMO, Head of Marketing, Social, Influencer, Comms) Own performance across the funnel from qualified opportunity to closed revenue Develop compelling commercial narratives, pricing strategies, and negotiation approaches 2.
