You’ll assist with pilots and test runs, monitor workflow effectiveness, and help drive operational improvements that enhance service delivery and user adoption. Your role: Contributes to refining and implementing scalable service operations processes, working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment with operational goals. Ensures that service operations comply with country-specific regulations by making necessary adjustments to processes, under supervision, to meet local standards and regulatory requirements. Executes established service operations workflows, continuously monitoring their effectiveness, and suggesting minor operational adjustments to improve efficiency and service delivery.
