Based in the Optimisation Team at E3 Shift: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30: Grade 3 role- up to £450 uniform allowence The role: As a Workflow Resource Validation & Support Analyst within our Optimisation team, you will be the driving force behind data driven decision making at NDL. Your primary focus is to identify cost saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency by providing senior stakeholders with high level reporting and actionable insights. You will act as a bridge between raw data and strategic action, ensuring that performance, absence, and error management are not just tracked, but actively managed to hit our business goals.
