About the role: Project Management Engineer is the essential link between Customer, Sales, R&D, Factory, external partners, and other related departments in the whole project phase from order to delivery. Project Management Engineer manages multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously, collaborating with intercontinental cross-functional teams and B2B customers. At BYD, Project and program management team consists of a team in Shenzhen and in Europe and UK. Work location: London: Reports to: Sales Project Manager: Key responsibilities: Manage the entire lifecycle of new orders, from initiation and production to delivery. Collect and organize milestone events, key project phases, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, oversee the delivery follow-up of vehicles to overseas terminals. Communicate with overseas market customers, support sales efforts to expand the market, and participate in market demand research. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution, lead meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholders at all levels.
