TITLE: Maintenance Technician B POSITION OBJECTIVE: Provide technical and mechanical skills to production equipment to assist in the efficient processing of materials that meet the quality standards and specifications of our customers with maximum safety and productivity. QUALIFICATIONS: - Oral and written English language literate. - Good communication skills. - High school graduate or GED equivalent. - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work directly with other STA, LLC employees to maintain a safe, professional, confidential and productive operation. - Follow all STA, LLC and Occupations Safety and Health Administration safety rules and regulations. - Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. - Perform advanced skills including but not limited to: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic, general machining, welding and fabrication, tro...
