This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $5,000.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment. POSITION SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty Team Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing and guiding a team of nurses to deliver exceptional patient care. This position combines clinical expertise with leadership skills to ensure that both patient care standards and operational goals are met. The RN Team Lead will collaborate with healthcare professionals, manage resources, and act as a mentor to nursing staff, promoting a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement.
