Job description

The Director Clinical Ops will be responsible for managing the operational activities, projects, and team members within the Clinical Operations (Bed Management) Department. Works collaboratively with multiple teams at all AHS facilities, including external partners and vendors. Acts as the System Operational liaison for defined regions/hospitals. Primary responsibilities include : strategic oversight and operational leadership of hospital-wide patient flow, including bed assignment, patient transport, and inter-facility transfers. 1. Leadership & Strategy Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for system-wide initiatives related to capacity management. 2. Operational Oversight 3. Collaborates closely with the Hospital Leadership team to implement organizational strategic plans and objectives, based on the mission and vision 4. Data Analysis/Reporting 5. Participates in hospital leadership meetings, to ensure operational awareness and ability to get involved when appropriate. 6.
