Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Office Coordinator for Student Engagement and First-Year Experience (FYE). The Office Coordinator for Student Engagement and FYE is a member of the Kenyon College Student Affairs staff and reports to the Directors of Student Engagement and First Year Experience (FYE). This is a part-time, with benefits position, working approximately 35 hours per week for 11 months (approximately 1668 hours annually). The hourly rate of pay for this non-exempt position is $17.96. The scope of the Office Coordinator’s responsibilities includes: - Office management - Customer service - Student staff supervision - Programming and event services - Student organization and staff support - Administrative tasks Office Management (50%): - Provide front line office support for walk-in traffic, answering phones, triaging concerns, and questions while directing students and customers to the appropriate resources. - Train and supervise the day-to-day work and scheduling of the student interns/workers who assist the front desk. - Manage calendars and schedule appointments for professional staff members. - Manage the Student...
