Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’s premier healthcare provider, and home to Baystate Medical Center (BMC), a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence seeks a Registered Nurse Facility Educator supporting Baystate Medical Center. Under the direction of the System Director of Clinical Education with a matrix reporting to the facility Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Facility Educator for Baystate Medical Center ensures clinical staff receive timely, relevant, responsive education, mentoring, and is responsible for hands-on educational support. The Facility Educator supports bedside education and assists with the implementation of new initiatives.
