Company Description The Routing Manager is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing a team of Route Engineers to ensure smooth execution throughout all phases of re-route projects. This role protects and upholds service guidelines and standards, working closely with field teams to promote understanding of and adherence to service expectations. The Routing Manager leads process improvements, operational routines, and optimization initiatives to deliver more efficient and effective routing strategies. The position also requires strong communication and collaboration with the Director of Routing, field leadership, IT, Finance, and Operations. Job Description: MANAGING EXPECTATIONS: Coach, develop, and lead the Route Engineering team to support continuous growth and maintain high performance. Define, refine, and optimize routing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across all markets.
