Location Tullamore, County Offaly: Company: Sofina Foods Hours of Work: Full-time The Ideal Candidate: You will be an experienced planning professional with strong commercial awareness and a continuous improvement mindset: - Experienced in production planning within a fast-paced FMCG environment - Proven ability to lead and develop planning teams - Strong Excel capability, including formulas and data analysis (programming a bonus) - Able to identify and implement process and system improvements - Confident building relationships across multiple sites and functions - Comfortable adapting plans in response to changing demands or opportunities - Strong communication and coordination skills - Flexible and collaborative, with a willingness to support across the wider planning function Company Information: Sofina Foods isn't just a food company - It’s a place to build your future.
