Business Risk Management (BRM) plays a critical role within the 1st Line of Defense (1LoD) in supporting the Region in managing and monitoring risk across the entire client lifecycle. BRM’s key responsibilities include risk-related advise to Front Management, support risk-related approvals, facilitate stakeholder collaboration (between the three lines of defence), deliver Regional and/or Market Risk Reporting and drive risk-related initiatives across the Bank. BRM is expected to act as a role model in terms of risk behaviour whilst delivering value for (internal) clients and working collaboratively across the Bank. The role offers a unique opportunity to establish a new Suitability Competence Center, with the primary objective of further strengthening front office support across all organizational levels, ensuring robust business oversight and enhancing management reporting.
