Global HR Operations & Process Lead We are looking for a hands-on and experienced HR professional to lead our global HR processes and ensure smooth HR operations in Finland. In this senior role, you will combine strategic process ownership with operational excellence—playing a key part in building a modern, consistent, and engaging employee experience across all Medix Biochemica locations. Your Role: Global HR Processes & Systems: Own and develop core global HR processes (e.g. Performance Development, Compensation). Ensure best‑practice HR processes are implemented consistently in all countries together with local HR. Lead the optimization, automation, and maintenance of HR systems. Develop HR dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decisions. Ensure high-quality, secure, and accurate HR data across systems. Operational HR Excellence: Maintain global policies, guidelines, and templates that strengthen compliance and consistency.
