Purpose: The Senior Operations Representative will maintain current knowledge in one or more functional areas including: Client Onboarding, Brokerage Transfers, Cash Management or Physical Deposits. They will focus on day-to-day processing of a variety of high-volume requests with particular focus on the more complex and higher risk requests. Accountabilities: Accurate handling of client requests: - Maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures pertaining to one or more functional areas including Client Onboarding, Brokerage Transfers, Cash Management or Physical Deposits. - Display critical thinking when reviewing and processing requests in accordance with business policy and SLA. - Perform corrections or adjustments to client accounts within authorized limits and/or defined approval criteria. - Coordinate processes with support teams as required. - Exhibit strong written and verbal skills when communicating with clients. - Maintain current knowledge of operational processes and policy - Actively participate or co-lead team learning through active c...
