HealthPartners is looking to hire a Clinical Logistics Technician to join our Central Hospital Operations team! The Clinical Logistics Technician plays a critical role in supporting patient safety and care delivery through centralized monitoring and observation. This position is responsible for continuous observation of cardiac telemetry for rhythm abnormalities, video monitoring for patient safety and supporting virtual nursing workflows across HealthPartners. In addition, this role will accurately be identifying and interpreting arrhythmias, and promptly escalating changes to the bedside teams. The technician ensures precise documentation of rhythm interpretations and alarm events, supports lead placement accuracy, and collaborates closely with clinical staff to maintain seamless communication and timely intervention. This role requires strong situational awareness, professionalism, and adherence to privacy and monitoring standards while managing varying volumes of patient activity and system needs.
