Job Description: Summary The Manager Sales will receive oversight from a Senior Vice President of Sales and day-to-day supervision from the local DOS. A tailored, individual training and development plan will be put in place for the Sales Manager to accelerate his/her readiness to interview for future DOS openings. This development time in the Sales Manager position will vary based on the incumbent's background and experience. The duration of the Sales Manager developmental assignment will be 24 to 36 months.
