TITLE: Converting Utility B POSITION OBJECTIVE: Assists the Operator in producing a good quality product safely and efficiently while performing sonic, hand trim, die cut cleaning, and packaging duties. Hiring for 7am to 5:30pm and 4pm to 2:30am shifts Starting at $12.25 per hr. – earn $1.00 more per hour on 4pm to 2:30am with shift differential. QUALIFICATIONS: - 10 Paid Holidays - Steady and dependable work schedule - On-the-job training provided - High school graduate or equivalent. - Be available for overtime. - Complete basic math such as adding, dividing, subtracting, percentages, etc. - Must be able to read a ruler to 1/16” - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensures that the workplace is safe, professional, and clean by upholding company THM practices. - Clean, inspect, and stack the product according to standard or customer requirements. - Assists the Operator in the upkeep of the machine and assists in set up for production runs. - Assists coworkers as needed...
