Job description

- Regional Sales Managers are employees who handle management of high-level sales related issues over a region composed of Sales Managers within the store. The RSM is responsible for the direction and supervision of Sales Managers, execution of sales and management, and motivation of the Sales Managers. Their role is to manage Sales Managers and conduct sales management, and act as a liaison between the company executives and sales managers involved in completing sales processes. - The primary objective and goal of the RSM is to manage and supervise effectively in-order-to get an average minimum of 25+ sales, each week for the region he/she is responsible for.
